The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include 24% VAT.
The legal purchase receipt/invoice is sent with products and/or by email in case the products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Home Wellness does not have a physical store or infrastructure for pickup from its premises.
Home Wellness belongs to HOME BIOLOGY IKE (Tax ID 802253340) which issues the legal receipts/invoices.
Issuance of invoice
If you choose to issue an invoice with a VAT number from Lesvos, Samos and Chios, the VAT is automatically converted to 17%.
If you have a VAT number from Kos or Leros, contact us to issue an invoice with 17% VAT.
If you put the company's VAT number in the cart and the system recognizes it, then note it in the order notes or place your order by phone.
Issuance of invoice without VAT charge
If you choose to issue an invoice with a VAT number from a European Union country, other than Greece, the VAT is automatically converted to 0% in the cart. However, for it to be valid, a check of the VAT professional number will also be carried out by VIES: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ .
If you have a professional VAT number in Greece and wish to have an invoice issued without VAT, you must first send us the VAT exemption form by email. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
Shipping charges

All products that are immediately available are shipped free of charge within Greece and with a charge of €15 to Cyprus.
Products are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki and typical delivery times are 1-3 business days.

Payment methods
Complete your order through our website and choose one of the available payment methods or place your order by phone.
Payment by cash on delivery
You pay the amount to the courier company employee who will deliver your order to you or to the Geniki Tachydromiki store (if you have chosen to receive your order from a Geniki Tachydromiki store). https://www.taxydromiki.com/office-network ).

If you wish to pay with cash for purchases for which cash on delivery is not applicable (purchases over €499 or purchases of products for which advance payment is required such as fabrics, mesh, upholstery and electromagnetic shielding mosquito nets which are cut to specific dimensions upon order) you can pay the purchase amount, with an additional charge of €1, at any Viva Spot.

Payment by POS
Payments via POS terminal are made via the softPOS smartphone application.
In case the customer wishes to pay via POS, the transaction must be carried out at the location where our cash register is installed.
In case you wish to pay via POS at your location, the corresponding receipt must first be issued by the cashier (so payment is not possible without prior notification, so that we can issue the receipt before coming to your location).
For payment via POS, after entering the amount in the softPOS application, the customer simply swipes the credit card contactlessly under the smartphone.
The card details will be shared with the customer's bank and if there are enough funds in the customer's account the payment will be completed.
The digital receipt is sent to the customer via SMS or email.
Payment with Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card, but also with other available payment methods offered by the application (e.g. by paying from your existing account balance or by bank transfer from your bank account or with debit or prepaid cards, etc.).
Paypal is an electronic payment service, which is widely used for secure transactions on the Internet and undertakes to pay online stores on your behalf.
For your order to be valid, you should receive a confirmation email from Home Wellness and Paypal within 24 hours. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, please contact us.
When you pay with PayPal, Google Pay or by credit card through Viva Payments, the Home Wellness online store does not have any access to your financial information.
